PETRONAS Lubricants International (PLI) participated in the world-renowned automotive exhibition Automechanika 2024, which took place in Frankfurt, Germany, from 10 to 14 September. PETRONAS Lubricants International showcased the latest innovations in lubricants and presented lubricants and highly functional fluids that enhance the performance of any vehicle. PLI experts shared their views on automotive trends and industry developments during meetings with visitors and presentations during the event.

A pleasant surprise was also waiting for all visitors to the stand - the pinnacle of automotive excellence and innovation - the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team 2024 - a car whose performance is powered by PLI's leading lubricant, PETRONAS Syntium.

At the exhibition, the PETRONAS Lubricants International brand presented a new range of engine oils designed to support both old and modern cars - PETRONAS Syntium X - which provides optimum performance and engine protection.

In line with the motto of this year's show - Driving Transformation - PLI also showcased its product line dedicated to NEV vehicles, PETRONAS Iona.

Strengthening its ties with motorsport, PLI also showcased its industry-leading PETRONAS Syntium lubricants, which have led the Merdedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula 1 Team to eight Constructors' Cup titles (2014-2021).

In addition, visitors were able to learn more about the PETRONAS Tutela range of technical fluids, designed not only to meet the diverse requirements of complex modern vehicles, but also to provide complete protection for automatic transmissions, as well as coolant and brake fluids.
